I was after a sofa bed which is to be used as a sofa rather than as an occasional "put-you-up" bed.

I didnt like the fabric or the colours that came with this sofa and so buying just the frame was just the job.

Being very practical and able to sew etc. I purchased large feather boxed-cushions and covered them in fabric more suited to my taste.

It doesnt look anything like the sofa in the picture now and is also very comfortable as a sofa and as a bed.

Over all it has cost me more than the purchase of the original sofa but for me it is a piece of furniture that I like with cushions of a superior quality.

The sofa was easy enough to put together, even for me, as I do have problems reading diagrams but it took me just a couple of hours to build....
