Well what can I say... sounded too good to be true.
Ordered direct via Comfy-living thinking I would be better off - turns out I was wrong...
First Futon arrived and the frame was damaged in 2 places (snapped in 1 and bent in another)
Contacted them - they arranged for a swap out the next working day - so kudos for customer service...
New one arrived (box in excellent condition this time) but when unpacked the item had clearly been put together previously and the arms of the futon were all damaged and dented/scratched....
Not a good impression again...
Contacted CL and they arranged for collection and replacement - but to be honest I am so unhappy with the quality I have had a refund instead...
And on the note of the mattress - it is so thin even sitting on it as a sofa you can feel the bars in your backside! Let alone lying down on the thing!
I will be going to Ikea and getting a decent futon now...
