The 2 stars are for the mattress, the company don't get any stars at all. The mattress is pretty crappy, very lumpy. Your body makes an indentation which you sleep in all night, this is not great for the body. The product is cheap so I didn't expect much anyway.
Before I ordered I called the supplier who gave me a delivery date, based upon this I ordered. Several days after that date I received an email querying what colour I ordered.
A dozen or so phonecalls later with promises they were, 'looking into things', still no mattress. They gave me the number of their courier, 4 phonecalls later I learned that they had lost my mattress.
2 days later a mattress arrived. 2 days after that another mattress arrived. This was nearly a month ago, I have made 3 calls and the mattress still hasn't been collected. If anyone wants to buy a cheap nasty mattress from me, please get in touch..

I AM AMAZED THAT THIS PRODUCT IS EVEN MANUFACTURED. HOW A MATTRESS MADE UP OF BROKEN UP FLAKES OF FOAM COULD BE CONSIDERED TO BE COMFORTABLE IS BEYOND ME.
I WAS SKEPTICAL BUT DID NOT PROPERLY UNDERSTAND WHAT FOAM FLAKES MEANT SO I ASKED THE SELLERS: "ARE YOU SURE THIS IS COMFORTABLE. IT WILL PROVIDE A BED FOR SOMEONE FOR 7 NIGHTS." YES, I WAS TOLD.
WHEN IT ARRIVED, AND WE LAID IT OUT - FEATHERWEIGHT ENCASED IN A THIN CHEAP COVERING - TO MY DISMAY, I SAW THAT WHEN THEY SAID FLAKES, THEY MEANT FLAKES. I AM GUESSING THIS PRODUCT MUST BE MADE UP OF THE BITS OF BROKEN OLD MATTRESSES FROM THE FACTORY FLOOR.
IT IS SHOCKINGLY UNCOMFORTABLE, LUMPY, BUMPY AND BAD FOR ONE NIGHT LET ALONE SEVEN.
MY MISTAKE COST ME [...] WHICH IS WHAT THEY CHARGE TO TAKE IT BACK.
A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.
PLEASE DON'T CUT CORNERS AND SPEND AN EXTRA �100 AND GET YOURSELF A PROPER FUTON MATTRESS.
